hmm.. since there seems to b someting about cats (and i keep running into them).. decided to put up my 2 cents worth..

The closed eyes works well for the first pic but seems wierd in the second one 
The last one s a pretty intresting eangle but would have looked better if you got lower and let the cat stare into the lens i think
