Hi, just want to check if there's such an adapter mount(with or without autofocus)?

If there is it would be expensive. Canon EF mounts are one of the largest and their rear element of the lenses have pretty short focusing distances to the film/sensor plane. This means that if you want to use a canon lens for a nikon camera :
#1 the lens mount is bigger than the adapter on the body and
#2 since the lens has to be closer to the film plane and since its bigger than the body it needs some form of optical correction if not it will never be able to achieve infinity focus.
#4 All EF lenses have electronically controlled aperture blades so you only be able to shoot wide open if not you will need some electrionic control over them.

As for FD mounts i'm not too sure about that.
