Hi I have this problem where I always used Canon DPP to convert Raw to jpg.
But however recently all converted jpg are not able to generate thumbnail in certain applications in web. This becomes a problem for me.
I tried to open using photoshop and do a save as to overwrite the file without doing any additional modification and this works! In fact there is a small thumbnail at the PS header where the file name is and when open its a jpg image icon but after save as it generate into a small thumbnail of the photo.
I somehow have this findings but don't know the root cause in DPP settings or camera whatsoever that is causing this? Any expert can help?
