Hey guys,

Question as above... I do not know which lens to go for.
Basically, I like the Canon F4 for it's IQ, while I like the Sigma for it's low-light...
I'm not to sure where the Canon Mk1 ranks among the three in terms of IQ. Do they even still sell Mk1s?

Thanks!

See for yourself:
Sigma 70-200

Canon 70-200 mk1

For me I would buy the 70-200 mk1 second hand on the forums since people here are selling it for the mk2. It is better than having to go through the 'lens lottery with the sigma'.

btw, im matt

i would choose 70200f2.8L IS mk1 as well.
a good condition copy can be found easily at 2nd hand shops around peninsular area.
the price is similar to new sigma which cost $1920.

Dont bother with the 2nd hand shops. Try looking on the BnS section of this forum as the people here are friendlier :)

Just to answer your question, on the first floor of peninsula plaza, there are a few second hand camera shops, you can just look around and compare prices. But best is still to buy from the people on this forum

Just nice a new video to answer your question partly:
