If you did a search on the pricings for D90, the prices fellow CSers paid for their 18-105mm kit is $1,650 ~ $1,750.
Bargaincity states free what dry cabinet, screen protector, blah blah blah, are all added into the price.

So i guess it a good deal huh??
I am really excited into it since my colleague got once canon 450d i think...
hahaha i was think of shooting people smile and hmm maybe shoes... (am i crazy... )
maybe nice landscape... just a hobby, dun think i willl go into earning for a living...

I would say it's a not bad deal.
The Digi Cabi D-036 is retailing at $118, take note its a 30L cabinet not 36L.
So if you deduct away from the $1879. The price will be $1761.

$1761 for the 18-105mm kit plus all the freebies.
Will be great if they include a tripod.

whats the diff between 30L cabinent and 36L? Cheapest and smallest can already? unless you have a lot of cameras or lens

If you only have 1 DSLR and 2 lenses, then 30L will probably be enough.
Its better to invest in a bigger one, at least a 50L.
You will surely get more lenses.
If you have a PnS camera, you can put it in too.

Coz PnS generally dun have dust issue on sensor... to me it is wasting space in the dry box... just my 2 cents...

The most important reason for people to buy dry box/cabinet is to prevent the growth of fungus.
You will be surprise how fast fungus grow and spread in our tropical Singapore weather.

i was thinking if you know any shop got sell cheaper price if i want only
body and len of 18-200mm.
most of my frd ask mi to go for this so infuture i wont waste any more money..

Sorry, not sure on the cost for the 18-200 kit set.
You can call up the shops mentioned in this forum.
I would guess it's around $2000.

i'm using an entry level dslr. i shoot for my own pleasure, thus the current output i'm getting from this camera is more than good enough.

no one really have to upgrade at all (except for those making a living from it). i was nearly infected by the BBB poison, then i figured i would be better off shooting more before deciding on where to go from here with this hobby.

The more you take with you, the less shots you will end up taking.

Just shoot and shoot and get the hang of what kind of photographer you are. Eventually the art of shooting will overtake the Tech limitations of the camera and lens.
