Canon 20D Firmware 2.0.3

Canon upgraded my firmware to 2.0.3 and when I come home and plug the Camera to my PC. I can't seem to locate any files besides an empty folder (I can view all my shots on my LCD).

Just before this experience, when I have both Jpg and .CR2 files on my CF card. I can view my jpg files and not my CR2 files when I plug it to my PC.

Strange behavious...anyone has such experience???
