Canon 18-55 lens on All EOS body?

May I find out where can I can the Canon 18-55mm lens (kit lens from 300D) modified so that I can use this lens on all EOS bodies?

And How much will it cost?

So the lens is actually design for Digital bodys only?
And the rest of the EOS like EOS 1 and EOS5 can use this lens?

just saw off the protruding jaw carefully, then can use already. you may want to tape up the rear element before youstart sawing.

use a vacuum cleaner to suck away the dust after cleaning and filed the edges carefully.

it has been done in korea and taiwan.
