Cannot output video to computer

ok, I need help here. I tried google but couldnt get my answer.
I took videos from EP3 and when I connect the camera to my laptop (I'm using a Mac), only the photos can be detected and loaded.
I couldn't load the videos. I need to download software??? Thanks in advance.

Don't use EP3 so cannot help. But, based on a quick google search, did you install your software (Olympus Viewer) on your mac?

thank you so much for your reply. I figured it out myself in the end. need to upload using iMovie.
olympus viewer is already downloaded but do not support AVCHD format

thats how i do it. i just download the footage as a new event from the camera. also helps to organize your footage anyways.
