Can you recommend a computer LCD filter?

I spend hours on the computer at work..and then home (browsing the clubsnap :-> ) As a result, it blurs my eyes, since the home computer is viewsonic.
thinking of getting a good antiglare filter..not the cheaper ones, as this glare really destroy my vision in long term.

Could anyone recommend me a good buy? and where is the place. I lost touch with the company which was selling it at Suntec during the last IT show.

adjust your LCD brightness to minimum or get a better LCD as high quality LCD screen filter aren't cheap-->$100.
