can recommend photo lab?

hi all. i tried printing at a photo lab once and the results turned out pretty bad. can the more experienced guys/gals here recommend good photo labs to us noobs? don't forget to add the address 'cos we may not be familiar with where the labs are. thanks in advance for any advice
