create a new layer> select type tool >choose font, font size, font colour then type whatever you want> adjust the opacity.

Wat's the invisible watermark for? To protect your images? So that in the event that you chance upon it in other websites or media you can take legal action.
Feasible or not :dunno:

Hmmmm....write a javascript, tags it into the image but then this also not foolproof.
