What type of reflection you are referring to? We need more details. Reflection of marina bay sands on the water? Or esplanade on water reflection? All DSLR are capable of doing so. Set your exposure longer.

Hmm what is your gear? Kit lens? Need nit to be f16. Depends on your shutter speed. Some like longer exposures, some like shorter ones. You might have to play around with your settings to get what you desired.

Can. But needs to be a little underexposed (0.3-0.5 underexposed) to see a nicer reflection.

Like I have said, there is no right or wrong settings. It all depends on how you want to picture that scene. Different photographers have different ideas. So you can take several shots with different settings and choose which one you like the most.
