Worth everything?
- 1D Mk IV
- D3s

Buy any one of these monsters, probably last you for quite a while.
These are also the antidote for the BBB virus :bsmilie:

For a start?

ANY of the beginner series cameras will do. Just remember that you're buying into a brand and it's system, so consider which one you'd want to continue with, else selling it off and re-buying another system is a money-losing affair...

Think about it in the long run.

Your question is very open. You didnt even state your budget..

Since you are a beginner, why not try to find which discipline you are interested in.. Like Macro, Landscape, Birding etc.. Tell us what you like to shoot and your budget. And then we can help you ;)

Why A330 though? It's a pretty old model, I'd recommend an A500/A550 instead.
