when zoom to 3X optical zoom the pic become blur

when reduce the zoom picture taken is clear

what is the main problem cause

It's definitely Out of Focus. You forgot to Autofocus?

I think you should half-shutter the shutter release button for it to AF first?

yep definitely out of focus. try half-pressing your shutter before taking the pic and it should help.

2. Are you remembering to half-press the shutter first for focus lock, or are you just snap snap snapping away?

should not be handshake at 1/200 s. now did you focus first and then zoom or zoom first and then focus? zooming changes the focus in many cameras. if you did focus after zooming then you got focus problem --> trip to NSC

i second this. Camera did not find anything to focus before the shutter snapped.

Or else, perhaps your camera doesn't have AF functions. My parents have a cheapo 12mp camera that has no AF functions -.- All it relies on is the DOF of a really tiny lens + sensor.
