Nikon - Color is very nice..
Pentax - Does best in green..
Olympus - Red..
Sony - Does only in desaturated whitish colors..
Panasonic - DSLR never take off, no color..

Having shot Canon, Nikon and Olympus systems, I feel Oly out-of-cam colours is much better than Nikon and Canon(can be a little dull). The drawbacks for Oly are limited lens selection, slow auto-focus and poor high ISO performance though.

Cant say much about it as opinions and color differs from people . However i do prefer oly pictures to nikon out of camera tones and clarity. While my workhorse is a nikon , my soul is in oly
color is such a malleable thing, i think unless you are an event photographer who needs to submit bulk quantitites of photos with minimal color adjustment, you shouldn't care about out of cam colors. :bsmilie:
