Why not scan the negatives instead of the prints? Personally I don't favour the photocopy look.

ps. I just want to understand the situation before generating critique. Cheers.

hey guys,

this was a negative scan... yup. really sad coz i forgot to switch off the date la. anyway, i wanted to do some pushing to the picture so that i can highlight the darker areas of the pic and losing detail in the whiter areas. does it work? actually i not sure le... jus learnt this technique from a friend.

btw, i forgot what film i used. hahaha. coz i brought both tmax and ilfords there... sorry

I think there is too much white space in the first four images. I like the last one, have a poignancy charm to it. I'm assuming the white camry is a taxi.

Which part of Cambodia were you in?

I am currently in Phnom Penh.

hey i was in ratanakiri... north eastern border there

Hi pikapi , maybe you would like to read the guidelines sticky 1st before posting . Cheers :)

liked ur first pic best - it brings up the eyes which are dark and focused your attention there. The last is also Ok but the white hurts the eye. The other two also too much distracting white, ie the boy's cap and the taxi.
