Hi Pet Owners,

All creatures great and small.....better still..if you have any equipment (Photography/Videography) to capture the moment.

We could meet up this Sunday at East Coast Park..morning 11am....carpark.

This event is organised by Classified Ads... The Straits Times (CATS).
It's an annual event....probably one of the largest Pets Exhibition held outdoors.

Please check Sat(26th Mar) Classified Ads for more details on the the different timings of the various events.

I was told by my neighbour working at Singapore Press Holdings...the goodie bag is of GREAT value!! (but usually I give them to SPCA)



I am personally working on a project for Mdm Wong's shelter for strays...and met a volunteer yesterday who had successfully adopted one from Mdm Wong's shelter.

Recently, this shelter was highlighted in the New Paper regarding a stray called Wonder who had to be put to sleep because of her injuries and the public donated $30 000 for the care of the stray.

I hope I can meet a few CS members at this gathering and for those who are interested in helping out in this project (if your time permits)...I would be more than happy if we could BRAINSTORM together to help voiceless animals who need our time, energy, skill but most of all our LOVE N CARE.

So to all animal lovers....what are`you waiting for?

I will be in the company of 2 Silky Terriers and 1 Yorkshire Terrier

There is 100% media coverage by NEWPAPER.

If you are 'heng', your picture will be on the papers.

It happened to me 3 yrs ago.....when i strapped my silky like a baby harness

I will be equipped with a 70-200mm F2.8 Nikon (rented for $40)....if you happen to catch me at the event....I will be more

than willing to let you try out the lens.

I will be there around 11am....will support Picatso's dog.

But now...sob...sob...it would be next year...same time...same venue.

Arrived a little bit late....after eating the best 'Tao Kua Pok' in Singapore....a million apologies.

When I started shooting.....I think it was The Fashion Show segment.

Was hoping to catch a glimpse of u and yr dog....but didn't see any Jack Russell around leh.

I only saw one lady photographer with a terrific zoom lens......was that u?

Hi that lady is using nikon rite? It was not me..she's from the media tts y such a good lens...I went up the stage 3 times with my jack Russell for the competition at 1pm-2pm. I m contestant 1.
By the way, I did stand beside u n touch ur dog...N even shoot ur 2 dogs in the pram.

Not sure why this year....only 1 page was reported.

For the past few years.....the event usually have 2 pages worth of photos

Anyway....do you have any pics of your darling?

At the moment....I am having trouble with posting pics in this forum....Tried using Flickr..but always hang.

hmm...just happen to get the shots..the pics that I took, i was using canon 500d and 18-200mm lens f3.5-5.6..
just upgraded my cam to canon 60d..
