Hi,

It's a nice concept, but the photoshop effect is not quite natural. Not sure if this will work, but how about re-taking the same picture and using depth of field to create a sharp foreground (number 18) and a blur background (the other numbers) to get the effect you intended?

(Change your angle...stand on the side of the calendar instead of face-on. with the "18" closest to you, "14" the furthest from you.)
