calendar-making - help?

Hi,
anyone got recommendations on where I can print out calendars featuring my original photo/artwork and formatted with monthly calendar?

the size I'm looking at is half of A4 (pic on one side, month on the other), ring bound (or whichever-bound) at the top, cardboard on both side bases; the side view is a triangular (folded) with hard cardboard bottom base that can sit on table.

anyone know where to get this done? looking at amount of less than 10 or thereabouts.

Looking to do the same thing too with some of my pics...
The FotoHub promotion does not clearly stated wats the cost at all...
Maybe will dropby their location to check out more details...

By the way... have anyone here used their services?
