Are there any sites where you can post
your pics in an online album which is private
or has restricted viewership?

e.g when you wanna post pics of a private
event so your friends can view, but don't want
others to have access

i think so... not very sure though. i never really tried the restricted access option.

webshots can also. but how safe is it, i dun know lah. for really private stuff, maybe burn to cd and distribute may be better.

you could do that with www.ofoto.com

free membership and unlimited storage. However, you can't download back the full-zise images....

Speaking of ofoto. They print beautifully. I used it for my Australia trip last year.

They do some kinda enhancement. My shots don't look that great in JPEG form. Some shots were underexposed and they pushed it. Anyway this company is doing well partnering with MS and integrating themselves with XP. Wish I was in that dotcom. damn.

U can try www.fotki.com. It's free, but u'll have to pay if u want more storage space/private albums that can only be accessed by password.
