You can try your luck! just post it in the BnS section and see whether someone may still be keeping it but dont forget to check before buying.....happy hunting and good luck!

I was a very heavy LX3 user for the last two years. I'd strongly advise spending a bit more and purchasing the LX5 because its a much better camera, especially in lower light conditions and absolutely worth the extra expense.

Two years later you will be able to sell your LX5 for a good amount... whereas the money you currently save buying an LX3 will be lost in the future when you wish to sell it... for by then the LX3 will be a really old-generation camera!

Do consider this future loss when you decide what's best for you in the long term.
