Canon D60 + sigma 70-200/f2.8 + 25mm extension tube + Canon 420ex flash + monopod. Av mode at f8~11, fill-in flash -1/3~-1 stop. ISO 200/400/800 (light condition was not good that morning). Sorry, no open-wing ones
