Busy or Quiet Night?

I was alone, standing on this side of the bank thinking what to take. Around me, I could hardly see 10 persons. When I look at the opp side, office lights are still up and boats are moving. So is it busy or quiet night? No idea.

I feel neither busy nor quiet... it looks like any other singapore river cbd shot with reflections over the water, which are the stronger subjects here...

maybe a deserted walkway, benches with the cbd buildings in the background would look more deserted... since originally, it was kinda deserted when U took the photo...

I think busy and quiet is not really an opposite thing. You can be busy and quiet at the same time i suppose

You're right... but I just dont see it here... that streak of light doesnt help either...
