Hmmm, happened to me twice in the army. This was when the cookhouse was staffed by people doing their national service as well.

Once it was a dead roach (not as big as the one in the picture) and a dead caterpillar the other time. Goodness knows how many other bugs I've eaten unintentionally.... Ah well, maybe it's part of the high protein diet that's supposed to keep us fit and strong :bsmilie:

Anyways, reservist food is a lot better, with catered food and all :thumbsup:

im more shocked by the reaction of the manager than the bug itself. surely kenny rogers must have some SOP PR procedures to go through when faced with such issues that ...bugs people. lol

I just ate Kenny Rogers lastnite at East Coast Park. Was abit shocked when I see this but I never ate the pita bread.

it is just a small bug, it wouldn't eat much of the food lah, he will still have much left to eat
