Budget macro for newbie

hi, I am new to photography and I am getting really addicted to it. I currently have two lenses, Nikkor AFS 18-55mm and Sigma OS 18-200mm OS HSM. I am very interested to do Macro shots as well. I am wondering if this two lenses + a close up lense will do any good. I guess it will be the Sigma which can do 1:3.9 magnification be suitable to fit in a close up filter. Is there any close up filter for my sigma lense? and what magnifications should I get (+2, +4 etc)? Appreciate your inputs. Thanks and cheers!
