But seriously, a Brownie is what they called Kodak's early 35mm cameras.

The camera in the auction probably uses 120 film (medium format).

I think the brownie uses a film that can't be found today... 210,110 or something
 

they uses the discontinued rollfilm, 620... however, there's a adaptor which allows them to use the roll film 120
