just taken up photography recently,

really need to learn whatever i can

thanks =)

the idea is there. but somehow the composition doesn't work for me. perhaps i would stand in the centre(to make use of the symmetry pattern of the 4 escalators) and perhaps a faster shutter speed to show movement. i think the shutter speed used here is a lil too long.
perhaps u would like to tell me how u like this pic.

#2
and well, ur point in this photo is?

#3
the thing i find distracting is the lamp on the left.

perhaps u want to think carefully, or rather generate a few ideas before u fire. take a few angles and see how it is for you.

;)

just my 2 cents.

yeah... good idea.. din have a tripod at that time though
had another comment from a friend regarding a faster shutter as well

i like this pic because of the bright lights at the end of the escalators and the wavy flow of traffic

well, tot it gives a rather relaxed feeling.. thats why i liked it
hmm.. guess i need to know how does something like this be improved?

oo... do you think the pic may be better without the lamp?
the idea was the magnitude of the building against the girl by the lamp
probably but it wasn't done correctly yeah?

perhaps by adding some elements of emtions from the driver's face to show that he's relaxed might help.

#3
yeps. i saw that girl on far left. but it's quite dark..therefore, attention wasn't drawn to that girl..

just sharing my sentiments. :)

hmmm.. did u use a prime lens?
