Border question again:having one side with wider borders

Hi....been having problems trying to get this right....I would like a border with the top, right and left side are of equal width and the bottom border is much thicker.

I can do borders of equal wqidth on all sides but I realise that after u set the pixel extension and u try to click on the arrow down to extend the bottom....the west, east, southeast,southwest and the south side are all extended also instead of just the south(bottom). Is there any way to just extend the border in the south facing direction only?

Yes I know abotu using the anchor...the thing is...say I want to extend the border now in the south direction only....if u click on the arrow facing up in the anchor, not only will the border increase in width in the south direction, it will increase in the west, east, southwest and southeast.....how do I increase it in one direction only?

is the width is 8 inches then set it at 8inches or 100 percent
then you just change the height input
