Those pictures are quite compelling. You come across thinking "wow that bomb must have packed some real punch!" rather than admiring the skill of the photographer ... which I suppose makes it a succesful photograph!

Technically not very good, composure not very good, but never mind. I was still looking very closely at them. Petteri Sulonen wrote a good article on "why landscapes suck" but also includes a little section on the context of a picture. His point was, a boring picture can suddenly turn into an interesting picture when you put it in context.

I would have liked to see more pictures of the crowd's reaction rather than just pictures of shattered buildings.
 

search the wire for the blast pix... it can be very very graphical as in body parts, it can happen anywhere guys.
