For those who can't, basically it's a comp to capture the Chinese Year Festivities and mood around Singapore. Unlike last year's contest which is restricted to Chinatown, this contest allows photos taken all over Singapore.
Contestants need to send 8R or 8RC prints printed on Fujifilm paper. Digital or film entries allowed.
