I am very disappointed with your action. I explained to you that I had forgotten to bring my handphone when I reached the mrt station. I waited there because I had no way to contact. I called you when returning home and apologised for not able to respond to your messages and calls. I requested for another appointment but received no reply.
First of all you did not call, I can screenshot my call records if you wish. Secondly, it is unfortunate that you did not bring your phone on a transaction. I waited for 45 minutes and you could have checked more thoroughly if you really were sincere about it.
