best place to develop photos?

what's the best place near admiralty to develop gd quality 4R photos at affordable prices? i just developed a few hundred @ yishun.. 20c each.. but the quality really cmi. paper was lightweight and kinda translucent.. somemore they did some color correction which made the pics even worse ( some of them were overexposed when they aren't supposed to be ).. anyone can recommend ?? TIA!

Just tell the shop to print your pics "as is", i.e. without any form of correction whatsoever.

Sorry I don't know where to print in Admiralty as I usually print in town.

hmm, y print in town? do they give better printouts at lower prices? :think:
