I never went up close to the fireworks before at new years before so I don't really have a gauge for how crowded it would be. Where is the best place to see and take photos of the fireworks! Thanks

There are many different sites to choose from. There is no one real best spot. But do be 5-8 hours early... most spots are gone by midday.
