Can anyone tell me, if I would like to take some night shots from the above location? Where can i stand on the bridge, also where can i go up from, if i am walking. Thanks.

not on the expressway road ... but u can walk by the side of the road .. pedestrian way

As in equipment wise....

just a normal Digi camera enuff ? (manual digi cam)
