Hi, this is my first post on C&C.

4909778118_48c0e620cb_z.jpg

Shot with Nikon D5000, Kit Lens at 35mm; ISO 800;1sec at f/5.0

1. In which area is critique or feedback to be given?
I will like feedback on the composition and exposure of the picture

2. What were you hoping to achieve with this image?
To depict the eerie atmosphere of that particular night

3. Under what circumstance was the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
Picture was taken as I walking along the streets and saw this oppurtunity to take the shot of a crescent moon.

4. Thread-starter's personal thoughts about the image.
The composition maybe too centered but I thought of making the crescent moon as the main focus thus that is why i feel putting it in the center of the picture.

Any C&C are welcome. :)

i like how the crescent light up a small portion of the sky beside it with a baby blue and cloudy texture. But i feel the windows are abit overexposed. Maybe you shld try framing the picture using portrait?
