I am currently using d90 18-105 kit lens. Will i need to get a macro lens/add on lens/filter?

If you have sufficient budget then go for : AF-S VR Micro-Nikkor 105mm f/2.8G IF-ED ($1.3k)
If $$ not enough then go for : Raynox DCR-250 ($125)
