Yes, all the cameras u listed, and including pentax k-x, are using sony exmor sensor. Though the ones on D90 and newer cameras are a revised version of the first batch from D300/A700.
Not much difference imo, just slightly better at higher iso (emphsize on slightly, not really significant)
