My dslr warranty will be over in 2 weeks, is it still posible to bring for general check up and sensor cleaning without paying anything?:dunno:

if the camera works fine all this while,leave it as it is. unless you found something operationally abnormal,keep on shooting with it

Warranty means that if your product has a problem, it will be serviced free of charge. They might throw in a cleaning for goodwill or good customer service.

But if your product is working well, or if the problem is due to negligence or damages due to wear and tear, the service center have no obligation to service it for free and has every right to charge you for any check or cleaning.

Maybe it's time to exercise this saying once again: "If it ain't broken, why fix it?" Much like, if you're not sick, why go for open surgery? :bsmilie:
