Batteries for SLR

What brand of batteries are good n lasting for a SLR camera?
Energizer?

panasonic is not bad, but slightly more expensive compared to energizer. their CR123 costs $8, energizer $6.

so energizer not that lasting issit? bought sanyo batt before...last quite a while

i was desperate for batteries, so got it at some little daily goods store at jurong east. kinda surprised when they told me it was $6 only.

panasonic CR 123 (made in USA - gold/black) costs S$3.50 in the UK

panasonic CR123 (made in Japan [i guess] -blue/white) costs S$5 at Fotoguide.

so panasonic batt definitely outperforms the energizer batt? even the blue n white ones?

cos everyone like recommend the panasonic one.

went to check out the batt specs
the panasonic is rated at 1400mAh
while the energizer is only 1300mAh
