it's called being thorough, not "KAY POH". "KAY POH" would be if they had tried to find out what that guy ate for lunch, dinner and his preferences when trolling ;)

How about a property agents, there were 3 of them (2 from seller and 1 from buyer), who mislead buyer about upgrading?
Property agents "didn't know" about the upgrading then after the buyer (PR) discovered about upgrading (during the OTP period), agent says, upgrading doesn't cost a lot/can opt out, but the truth is, can not opt out and PR has to pay 100% ( $13K)

but you know, in the end, he might have been a self-proclaimed righteous guy, who for some reason became greedy and decided to earn money dishonestly.

to put it in a forum context:

a member who used to frown upon those who "ill-treat" newer members, but in the end decided it would be fun to have a go at playing pranks on unsuspecting members and trolling them. and got caught red-handed doing it because other members noticed he was going too far.
