2nd shot, are those noise intentional? mind if i ask what system u're using?
i feel that using Spot metering, iso100 or 200 and a tripod, ur shot might come off much better.

The first photo gives me a slunted feeling, is that intentional?
the walls dont look fully perpendicular from the floor to me.
Get sorta giddy looking into the photo.

Maybe you can try cropping off a little of the right and top?
