auto log out?

Hi, need help from Computer expert here.

I use window xp , window explorer seems to log me out automatically from CS forum (infect most other forum) just after 5-10mins non useage.But still can login with using normal procedure, so i guess might be something to do with the browser.

Can anyone please help me, thanky.
