ARMED FORCES CAREER EXPERIENCE 2009

The highlights of the exhibition include special performances by the SAF Music and Drama Company, SAF Precision Drill Squad by the Military Police Command, Unarmed Combat performance by the Army Fitness Centre and MediaCorp Artistes, Jeanette Aw & Fiona Xie will be gracing the event.
A group of officers and specialists from different services and vocations will also be there to engage the public and share with them their experience in the SAF.
Study Awards Information available at the exhibition include the SAF-Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Sponsorship Scheme (SISS) provides GCE 'N' levels graduates and existing ITE students full sponsorship of their studies at the ITE. The Joint-Polytechnic SAF-Diploma Scheme (JPSDS) offers the GCE 'O' levels graduates opportunities to study in one of the five Polytechnics. The SAF Overseas, Merit, Academic, Medicine and Defence Merit scholarships, as well as awards such as Local Study and Continuous Learning Academic Study Scheme (CLASS).
Career opportunities open for enquiry and application include all officers and specialists vocations in the three services. Visitors will be able to enquire about the different study schemes and their eligibility and career progression at the exhibition itself.
