are safra swimming pool crowded?
having been a safra member for more than 10 years.
never made use of the facilities before.

any of you guys swim regualry at safra, know the condition of the pools.
if they are crowded?

which swimming pools in your opinion is the nicest and least crowded.

depends on weekends or weekdays?
coz my bus always passed by tampines safra but the swimming pool always empty, thats on weekdays. ~

for mt faber, depends on the day and time.

I used to go to the one at Mt Faber and it's always quite crowded, so I don't go there anymore.

1) Safra YS - Frm 4pm onwards, half of the pool (length side) will be shaded. So the crowded area will be in the shade parts. Lol. Nice place with light music in the background. Moderate swimmers on weekends.

2) Safra Jurong East - Nice and new. More for family coz theres a water playground for kids. Deep pool, less ppl even on weekends but itll get very hot. No shade at all. Nice scenery though.

3) Safra Mt Faber - Too crowded. And occasionally, there will be divers training there so 1/4 of the pool taken. No space to swim especially on weekends. :nono:

4) The rest - I've never been there. So no comment. :dunno:

5) Public pools - Infested with kids in pyjamas. So a no go for me.

My pick: Safra YS. Coz its the nearest to my home. Haha. :bsmilie:

Been to Safra Tampines but go there to makan ony. Never see the pool leh. axis90x mentioned that its not crowded there. Dunno. :dunno:

Anyway, are we allowed to take pictures there? I've been wanting to take photo of myself swimming....
