Are organizers income from freelance photography sessions taxable?

Recently, I was having coffee with some friends and got to know they join some photo-taking sessions organize by CSers. Heard some organizer sometimes charge $50 or perhaps more per shooting session and take-up rate can be as much as 20 pax. Just curious, are organizers income from freelance photography sessions taxable?

You need to pay income tax on all income you have earned / received in Singapore.

i.e. most people here should be Tax Residents: Singaporean or PR

but if you earn less than $20K a year you will not be taxed for income tax.
