Archos Av 340

Hi there,

I am planning to get a portable multi-media system and came across the Archos AV 340. Was thinking about the Creative Zen but that one does not accept CF card plug ins.

Archose Looks good and is able to accept CF card direct plug in. The price is S$999 though.

Anyone has this device and is using it as a photo wallet, pse comment.

What price did you get it for and where did you guys get it from in Singapore.

Not exactly sure of the photo wallet portion of this device, but I was very impress with the video playback & recording capabilty. The screen size and design looks so much better then the Creative Zen. SLS Memory World is the sole distributor in SG

Jer, do you actually own one?

Would be interesting to learn from users what are the pros and cons of this device. Most important is the battery life, what do people think about battery life.

I do not own one but have seen it in my office. My friend was telling me it can last for quite a few hrs watching the MPEG4 movies. Would love to have it though
