Ha!!! I wonder how many was looking for the chopper number for this weekend's number???? :bsmilie::bsmilie::bsmilie:wow..really something that we never see before...but great to hear that nobody was hurt.. think woodlands ave 12 should be jammed with cars slowing down to look at the helicopter
Should be alert and stand by vidcam and camera.
Maybe soon got the chance to catch a chinook in similar "action".:bigeyes:
That would be something. Really. :bsmilie:
No this bird is a write off......there is too much damage to the fuselage.....:cry:Haha! I was there, too! Mata tried to chase us away, but a bit half hearted lah.
Summore nearby got one pri sch, dismissal time already, so the kids and parents started to crowd around. A bit of carnival atmosphere.
But seriously, I think the pilot must made quite a good controlled landing. The landing gear and chin-mounted turret is intact. In a more serious crash, these components are designed to smash into the fuselage, helping to absorb the impact of the crash.
