shutter speed not in sync with the frequency of the fluorescent light.

there is a lamp on top of me, is that the cause of the problem? so its not lens spoilt ?

I suspect it's the lighting... Fluorescent light. By any chance you are shooting at a fast shutter speed? e.g. 1/160?

Shoot below 1/60 and you shouldn't see this. What you see is the refresh of your light.

at first i tot it was lens coating problem,then i mount lens hood..still the same haha..
den i change another camera body also has the same thing..
so i tot is lens spoilt

Whenever something strange happens: at first check everything outside the camera. Most errors or problems come from behind the viewfinder - and your case is no exception.

it's optical aliasing. your sample rate 1250 Hz and fluorescent flickering rate 60 Hz...

whenever something goes wrong, our first respond is "Not me!"

It's dated from since Adam and Eve. It's hardwired into our gene. ;)

So there's no exception in modern days.
