Anyone know where to buy those UV long tube bulb?

I'm trying to make a UV exposure unit, and am looking for a good source of those UV long tubes...

I asked a few light shops all don't have

Hope to get in SG instead of ordering online...

Have you tried Sim Lim Tower? There are a few shops there that specialise in lighting. If any local retail shops carry them, I'm sure you'll find them there.

Many close early though -- 7pm or early on weekdays.

UV light is harmful to health so don't expect lighting shop to stock them however you may find currency note
authenticating gadgets but they have small tubes.Try Sg.Element14 formally Farnell.Sales counter at Tai Seng
but check sg website first or RS electronics .sg they closed their service counter so need to order online.

There are different types of UV radiation. What is the purpose? Do you just need those funky 'black lights' used in bars or clubs? Do you need to detect substances that respond to UV light? Do you want to use it for sterilization purposes? Depending on your intention you might need to check with respective equipment shops. And some items might be regulated in sales and distribution.

UV light is harmful to health

That depends on type of radiation (wavelength), intensity and exposure time. Not everything is harmful and the human body has a built-in protection, too.

Idk mine still working or not. Need to find where I keep them. Ha ha! It's those short (40cm?) type. Black in color, correct?

If OP / TS is referring to UV-A light lamp also known as black light, can get those at Sim Lim Tower.

They also come in LEDs nowadays.
