He wants to know where a the location a photo was taken. Kinda hard to show that without showing the photo right? "A tree with a reservoir in the background" is kinda hard to pinpoint.

How the lightning effect happen? Street light or spotlight? Seems very bright.

probably strobe.
But the photo looks too dead for a wedding shot.

seems to be a wireless flash.. but looking at the output, it might have been a strobe removed in post processing.

don't know what the photographer wanted to convey though. if it's a pre-wedding shoot... is he/she communicating separation?

Yeah the effect by itself is cool, but for a pre-wedding shoot, not so much.

Looks like a wireless flash placed behind the tree

Red sky,long shadows pointing away from each other, empty benches, LJ tree in the middle splitting the couple. Aiyo...picture does not bode well for the couple.

How to make it a more auspicious picture with the same creative feel?
